Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Rates are calculated as follows:

Rush Shipping *


* All delivery times above are based on average in-transit time. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs do not qualify for Rush Shipping.


*Please allow up to 1 additional week for custom embroidered Scrubs. All products in an order will wait to ship until embroidery items are completed. If rush shipping is selected at checkout, your order will ship with rush shipping after your embroidery items are completed.


Please note shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations or Australia may be subject to longer transit times due to the carrier or location of station. At this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations or Australia. Returns & Exchanges


Fabletics and YITTY strive to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders within 90 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are not available in Australia, and orders can only be returned. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).


Returns have never been easier! Below are a few returns options to choose from:


  1. Return or Exchange via Happy Returns (Contiguous US Only; no box or label required):
    • Complete your return in My Account > Orders & Returns.
    • Receive the QR code for your return onsite and via email
    • Drop off your items with just the QR code at a Return Bar near you– no packaging or label required, your refund will be initiated upon drop-off!
    • Happy Returns is more sustainable! The eco-friendly process uses reusable packaging and aggregated shipping to help reduce impact on the environment – as a result, Happy Returns customers reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 120,000 lbs for every one million returns.
  2. Return or Exchange in store:
    • You can easily return or exchange Fabletics and YITTY items at any Fabletics store. Use our Store Locator to locate a Fabletics store near you!
    • Our retail associates can help you return or exchange your item(s) and find the perfect replacement.
  3. Return or Exchange via Shipping Provider:
    • Start your return in My Account > Orders & Returns.
    • Complete the return and print your return label.
    • Pack your items with shipping label and drop off at indicated shipping provider (i.e. USPS for the US), your refund will be initiated when your items are received at our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the time your return was received at our warehouse, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation.

Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached. Reward points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund. Items redeemed through the rewards program are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit only.


Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Return shipping and handling is $9

Australia: Exchanges are not available in Australia, and orders can only be returned. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).

Embroidered Scrubs: Customized scrubs with embroidery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
